Chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011 "Donkey Dork Lord Edition". Water colour, no head. Aroma is liquorice, fruits, some earth and mild sweetness. Flavour is liquorice, fruits, alcohol and some mild strange sweetness. Very nice.
300 ml bottle. Clear pour. Banana, floral and soft spring-like aroma. Smooth, medium body. Less complex than other junmai daiginjou, and has a light alcoholic and rice-flavor finish typical of a lesser sake. Overall a nice and approachable sake jredmond (8626) - New York, New York, USA - JUL 27, 2014
Saki Flight sampled at Sakegura with Linh and Zahra. Clear body with light cloudy haze. Aroma is fresh fruit - peaches, strawberries and melon. Alcohol on the nose as well, but not as aggressive as some of the other sakes we tried along side this one. Flavors include rice wine, vanilla, wonderful combination of fruit and alcohol. This sake seemed to be a bit more delicate with the fruit character and alcohol playing together well. Ferris (16489) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 23, 2016

Sampled at RBSG ’10 thanks to kyotolefty. Pours clear like water. Nose is sweet fruity, anise, florals with some alcohol. Flavors are same; sweet, fruity, anise and spikes of alcohol. This was much different than any other sake I had ever tried. williamherbert (1544) - Syracuse, New York, USA - JAN 1, 2015
Very floral. Actually has a grapefruit component, almost like a hop. Pure white in color, cloudy. A champagne flowery finish.
