Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a bubbly off-white head. The aroma has notes of lacto acid, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lemon, and some spices, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours an almost clear amber with a lively, creamy and lacing off-white head. Sweet caramel in the nose with some spicy fir accents - oh yes, they do shine through. Medium body, tart and fruity, orange accents. Even the finish is tart. 110110

Bottle at Churchkey, tasted side by side with the Noix. This one had maybe a bit of pine aroma if I use my imagination, but the taste is green apple skins. Interesting.

Tasting at Papsø’s
Cloudy amber color. Aroma of vegetables and cabbage. Weak and dry mouthfeel, some vegetables, quite nasty, lightly herbal but not really pine trees... Very bad.

33 cL bottle from Whole Foods Market Charlottesville. Gusher. Pours a milky, turbid orange-ish brown with almost no head. Absolutely ugly beer. Sweet caramel and bread aroma with some spice and papery notes. Taste is very bready with notes of pine, citrus, green apple and metal. Low carbonation. Taste is very dry. Blech.
