From Wisconsin’s first wind powered brewery. Pretty cool stuff. I picked up a 12 pack this past weekend when I was up in Hudson,Wisc. Pours into the glass a clean, clear golden colour with a finger sized white head. Aroma has some corn, slight graininess on the nose. Taste is pretty malt forward as one would expect. I pick up this tiny sweetness near the finish, which is fruity like then it quickly fades into a soft crisp bitterness. This beer is what it is. Glad I got a bunch of it! Has light scents of malt and caramel. Taste is very light and light body, flavors of caramel, nice and crisp.

Can. Clear yellow pour, quickly dissipating carbonation and a light caramel and malt aroma. Flavor starts is mostly sweet malts and slightly fruity and lingering on the finish. Not bad, would be a good summer beer. Trev (2023) - Lakeville, Minnesota, USA - MAR 12, 2010
Can (Brewed at Stevens Point)
Gold pour with a medium white head.
aroma is pretty standard lager stuff. malty light sweetness, minimal grainy presence and a hint of grassy hop.
flavour is light and clean, with a malty sweetness through the middle and a touch of grassy hop bitterness that plays back and forth with a light residual sweetness in the finish.

12oz can courtesy of Buebie.
Pours a clear straw with a big frothy white head that recedes to a thin cap and leaves spotty lacing.
Aroma is sweet with caramel malts and corn syrup (not in a bad way). There are some toasted grains and hints of lemony hops as well.
The taste starts out with a crisp lemon zest kick before the bready malts and sweet cereal grains take over. The finish is slightly dry with lemons and toast.
Mouthfeel is clean, crisp and dry, extremely good for the style.
Definitely one of the better pale lagers I’ve ever tasted. Flavorful for the style and very drinkable.

Purchased at Breeze Thru Liquors in Milwaukee, WI; enjoyed after a long run on the hottest day of the summer so far, figured this would be good weather for a nice lager. Appearance a golden lager with little yeasties and visible carbonation that bubbles to the top, also a white ring around the glass. Aroma mostly malty, not really watered down but they don’t jump out at you, maybe the most prevalent of malts I’ve seen in a lager. Taste is surprisingly unique. It’s very malty for a lager, but there is almost like a dark fruit finish. This stuff is pretty good, I would definitely pick this over any mass produced lager any day. (can shared by MatSciGuy) Pours a clear light gold with a thin white head. Aroma has some light pear, is floral, and possesses some must as well. Flavor is fruity (which ones I can’t identify) faintly grassy, light caramel and a mineral component as well. Mouthfeel is medium and carbonation is appropriate. A simple beer that would be great to drink in the summer. GodOfThunder (1271) - Orlando, Florida, USA - DEC 6, 2009
Thanks to Solan and Mcbackus. Solid pale lager with crisp flavors and nothing skunky or offensive about it. Light, easy drinking and still full flavored. Solid, for what its worth. Steasy66 (1158) - Minnesota, USA - JUL 31, 2012
Can into Boulevard tulip.
Looks like a pale lager, generous head. Smells really yeasty, not hollow like most pale lagers. Taste is clean, drinkable, pretty good for the style, even a hint of hops. Palate is a bit flat if I’m honest, but overall, very good pale lager. pkbites (1006) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - APR 3, 2010
Can. Disappointing as hell. Very metallic tasting. Little malt, little hops, verage looking pour. There is nothing special about this. Pass.
