UPDATED: JUL 31, 2011 When I first tasted BrewFarm Select, I thought that it was ok. But then a friend of mine who owns a bar tried it and changed my mind. He thought that it tasted like the old, stale, out-of-date beer that he had had in the basement of his bar for years. When I tasted it again, I was forced to agree. Congratulations guys! You have managed to put the taste of old oxidized beer in a can of fresh beer. Now that´s progress ................ Pailhead (6539) - Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA - JAN 31, 2010

Can: The aroma has some honey sweetness along with some light hay and grass. It pours a transparent gold with an inch tall white head with good retention and lacing. The flavor starts with some light honey sweetness and just a touch of citrus. The finish is moderately grassy. Nothing special but easy drinking and somewhat refreshing. Light-medium bodied somewhat lively carbonation.
Pours a clear honey yellow with white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma is earthy with notes of high and undertones of a caramel sweetness. Flavor is malty with sweet caramel notes. Some bready flavors as well. Body is light with quite a bit of carbonation. A little creamy on the tongue WisconsinBeer (716) - St. Paul, Minnesota, USA - JAN 28, 2010
Brew Farm, party time, excellent. Can. Pours a......I have no idea. Who the hell pours a canned lager into a glass? Flavor is slightly sweet malts and mild American hops. Medium bodied. This tastes like what I imagine to be the pale lagers of our grandfathers days, before they became watery and full of corn and fusels. Easy drinking but too sweet for extended sessions. Not bad. hopscotch (11048) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - JAN 22, 2010
Can… Clear yellow lager with a mid-sized, wispy, white head. The aroma is of toffee and butterscotch malts; perfumy and peppery hops. Medium to full-bodied and oily with tickling carbonation. Decently balanced – bittersweet. Crisp, lightly bitter finish. Bottle courtesy of mashmaster!

From Wisconsin’s first wind powered brewery. Pretty cool stuff. I picked up a 12 pack this past weekend when I was up in Hudson,Wisc. Pours into the glass a clean, clear golden colour with a finger sized white head. Aroma has some corn, slight graininess on the nose. Taste is pretty malt forward as one would expect. I pick up this tiny sweetness near the finish, which is fruity like then it quickly fades into a soft crisp bitterness. This beer is what it is. Glad I got a bunch of it! A good looking, golden colored lager with a very thick, tall head that lasts a long time, and a thick lacing on the glass that would embarrass many Belgian ales. Standard lager aroma, reminiscent of Blatz as a child, when I would take a sip from Grandpa’s glass. Smooth malt flavor and very light hops, but definitely some sweetness to the point it would be hard to drink many of these. Unusually thick palate. A well constructed beer that delivers on the palate and appearance, with a bit more to offer than the ordinary yellow lager. mcbackus (758) - Merritt Island, Florida, USA - DEC 9, 2009
Can from tyler: pours beautiful golden color crystal clear with a large white head that lasts. Aroma is very nice full of sweetness from the pilsen malt, very clean great hop aroma for style, get some honey like aroma also. Slight crisp fruit but not yeast dirived, maybe hops. Flabor is full and clean with a slight sweetness, good hop flavor bit could use more bittering. Very easy to drink and would love a case. Needs to be a lottle dryer in finish. (can shared by MatSciGuy) Pours a clear light gold with a thin white head. Aroma has some light pear, is floral, and possesses some must as well. Flavor is fruity (which ones I can’t identify) faintly grassy, light caramel and a mineral component as well. Mouthfeel is medium and carbonation is appropriate. A simple beer that would be great to drink in the summer. GodOfThunder (1249) - Orlando, Florida, USA - DEC 6, 2009
Thanks to Solan and Mcbackus. Solid pale lager with crisp flavors and nothing skunky or offensive about it. Light, easy drinking and still full flavored. Solid, for what its worth.
