10 oz. pour at the source. Poured a yellow/amber with a 1/4" white head. Minimal lace. Aroma is light bready malt with nuts and green apples. Slightly sweet flavor with more bread, nuts and a light citrus note. Medium to light body. Pretty decent. merc7186 (3142) - North Tonawanda, New York, USA - OCT 7, 2013
The beer poured average as the beer has a decent brown hue that passes through medium light, there is a very mild head ring, and no lacing on the glass. The smell is average with a sweet caramel, toffee smell and gives away to a mildly hoppy finish. The beer tastes decent with a powerful hoppy punch up front then gets very sweet from the caramel malts on the back end. The mouthfeel is decent as the beer mildly poor carbonated, but the sweet bitterness that lingers is decent. Overall, not a bad beer that was under carbonated (like most the beers I had here), had decent caramel malts and hoppiness blended well together. 16oz draft 7/27/13 (Christopher’s Restaurant-Oneonta)-Pours a slightly cloudy amber with a small tan head. Aroma of malt, spices, and bread. Taste of the same with slight caramel. This medium bodied brew is not bad but not a fan of this style. jredmond (8518) - New York, New York, USA - DEC 19, 2011

Tap @ On Tap with Andy, James, Streets. Pours hazy, shiny amber (top-heavy) with no real head or lacing. Aroma is malty and bready; flavor is milk, cream, and a touch of funk. Kind of has a pungent aftertaste. Crisp yet creamy and smooth, but not exceptional at all.

A - Pours a slightly cloudy amber-red color with a finger of frothy white head atop. The head fades down to a thin layer leaving behind some nice lace on the sides of the glass.
S - Aroma is a mix of some sweet apple aromas and some light bready malts. There is also a bit of hops and some spices in the background.
T - Starts off with some sweet malts and a bit of spices and citrus hop flavor. Through the middle, a bit of bready flavors and some stronger spices come through. The finish is a mix of some sweet caramel malts and some citrus hop flavor that lingers nicely.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels very smooth and crisp. Nice lingering sweet and citrus flavors.
D - Very drinkable. Smooth and refreshing. Nice malt and hop balance, with some nice grain flavors mixed in. j12601 (13034) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - OCT 15, 2009
