Poured into a pint glass, the appearance was a yellow color with a fair transparency about it. Moderate carbonation flowing into a quickly dissipating white head.
The aroma had some sweet corn, floral and grassy hops. Some light banana. Some light bubblegum.
The flavor leaned to the sweet side. Bubblegum comes out a bit more here. Grassy and floral hops produce some bitterness, but that’s super faint. Some sweet banana/bubblegum aftertaste, just a pure sweet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation. ABV felt fine.
Overall, I seemed to have missed the wheat portion in this. Was this supposed to be some odd Americanized version of a krystalweizen? Unsure if I would come back to. jmulv (336) - New York, New York, USA - MAR 11, 2012
It poured a pale yellow with a small white head. Taste was pretty carbonated, a little hops, some wheat character as well. Overall, fairly bland, nothing to write home about but very easy to drink. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - SEP 20, 2009
(draft) Crystal clear apple juice body with off-white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, cotton candy/bubblegum, banana, light earthy. Taste is medium sweet, bubblegum, earthy/resin, light banana. Light-medium body, some resin. Unusual to have the hoppiness, but it works. j12601 (10955) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - APR 12, 2009
On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear (which I found surprising given that it’s unfiltered) golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is mostly wheat and malt. Sweetness and wheat flavors. Finishes slightly sweet and fruity, with a light amount of bitterness. jcwattsrugger (12418) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - OCT 8, 2007
on tap-pours a thin white head and gold color. Aroma is mild honey/banana-wheat. Taste is honey/banana-wheat, yeast/some cream soda flavor. OK/mild carbonation.

On tap at the brewpub with a 5oz sample. Sour, grassy barnyard-like aroma with mildly lemon-like notes. Not much banana is detected, unfortunately. Aroma is rather faint. Mostly transparent yellow color with a white head. Contrary to popular belief, this does not seem to be "unfiltered". Slightly citric and sour lemony flavors with significant maltiness. Sweet, smooth maltiness and low on carbonation. This is tasty, but not really traditional and the appearance sucks. gws57 (1276) - Saint Charles, Illinois, USA - AUG 9, 2005
Had this on on draught in Glens Falls, New York. Dark yellow in color and quite clear, interesting for a wheat ale, was served with a lemon. Very light and quite quaffable, notes of banana, cloves, orange; very refreshing. Miguel (1181) - Saint-Ours, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 9, 2005
Nez léger. Couleur blonde dorée. Pas de mousse. Saveurs de blé, de levures. Légères notes d’agrumes. Corps présent. GonZoBeeR (3061) - ste-catherine, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 9, 2005

On tap at the brewpub. Translucent golden, very Michelob-like. Light lemon-malt aroma, lovely flavor balance...lemon, honey, caramel malt, Cascades to finish..refreshing, smooth, nice body. A fine example of a generally unexciting style.
