Pours a somewhat-hazy golden-yellow color with a nice white head and a bit of sticky lacing. The nose brings some faint oak and a nice lactic presence along with a nice bouquet of stone fruits. The flavor continues down this path, with a mellow acidity and nice peach and apricot character throughout. Touch of lemon in the background. Cask at Churchkey. Very hazy, murky tan pour with a small head. The nose holds really impressive funky brett notes, definitely spicy rye character and oak from the barrel, vinous presence, and some hints of the original stonefruit from the base beer. Cask at CK. Pours murky golden with webby, white lacing. Amazing funky nose- full on peach flesh funk with mild acetobacter atop some excellent buttery bourbon/whiskey. Very nice, like Goose Island Dominique. Taste is a bit bland with mealy apple. Powdery finish. Mild twang from some acetic sourness. Not really a complete beer, but the nose is superb. Cask. Small off-white head, hazy amber body. Aroma is moderately sweet, rye, some caramel, light vanilla. Taste is moderately sweet, rye, some alcohol, caramel, bread, light floral/orange. Low carbonation, medium-full body.

Cask. Pours light hazy orange with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with spare lacing. Aroma is fruity esters, moderate rye whiskey, spicy alcohol, caramel and biscuit malt, light sour mash, and medium hops. Flavor is medium rye whiskey, alcohol, medium floral and citrus hops, light bitterness, fruity esters, biscuit and honey malt with a dry finish. Medium body and warmth, low carbonation.
