6th August 2013<>Tasting at Bruce’s pad. Hazy amber beer, little pale cream coloured head. Smoth palate, semi dry with fine carbonation. Orangey hops, light tangerine. Hop spice and a dollop of grapefruit marmalde. Finishes semi dry with a bitter hop linger. Not bad but for a dipa it lacks something. 3.5

Medium sweet flavor but not cloying at all, more pithy citrus, balanced but sturdy bitterness, pine needles, grapefruit. Medium bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. Well and resinous to finish, lots of grapefruit, hints of spicy pine and anise, orange, tangerine. Beautiful stuff.
