COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Corruption is our take on an India Pale Ale (IPA). We will corrupt your palate with dangerously drinkable malts as well as assertive piney and citrusey hop aromatics, letting some alcohol and sugars sneak through. The crimson copper color coupled with with a nose, filled with plenty of citrus fruits cant help but bring you down to our level. This is one shady deal that you wont be able to pass up!

Tried it on tap. Double IPA that goes down well but leaves an aftertaste. Manages the high alcohol well. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Not a lot of hops in the aroma. This is strange. Im getting a lot of pepper mixed with a hint of butter. A very dry finish where the hops shine through. Good but not amazing.

Draft. Aroma is citrusy with lemon, grapefruit and pine. Taste is burnt, almost ashy caramel, pine, grapefruit and citrus with some sweetness and light alcohol coming through. Medium mouthfeel, medium carbonation and gentle hoppy aftertaste.

0.355l can, courtesy of Melby shared with The Tasting Crew. Thanks Kenni! This one pours a cloudy, quite good looking one actually, body. Its really deep peach orange and in top a small sidesticking and light lacing off-white head. It has a piney nose. Well hopped one, almost so that it smells a little double ipaish. A strong malty red sweetness, lots of fruits. Pineapples cones also. Like it. It doesnt taste bad either. Quite on the bitter side. Mild oily in the mouth and its soft to average on the carbonation. Really sharp and grassy bitter actually. Can taste that its not a super fresh one, but lots of flavors. 30.09.2015

Clear, copper pour with an off-white head. The aroma has pine with malty undertones. It has a medium body with slightly oily texture and lively carbonation. The taste is bittersweet with a dry finish.

On draft at Reagan airport in DC, local brewery offering. Overall average and one dimensional IPA. Resin hops on the nose with not much else. Strong bitter bite throughout the taste. Really not much flavor and only picking up bitterness and pine. This beer has an odd flavor profile, won't try again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: MAY 17, 2016 On tap at Beacon DC. Dark amber with a small cap. Strong bitter aroma. The same goes for taste. Taste a bit sharp with some hidden citrus notes. Bitter aftertaste

On tap at the Churchkey, DC. A dark copper/gold body topped by a thin white head. The nose is like an astringent East Coast IPA with a dank pineyness thrown in for good measure. Up front there are some nice IPA elements here - tangerine, grapefruit rind, molasses and roasted malt. I like rindy IPAs but there is something a little unpleasant going on here. I wont be back for another
