Pours a cloudy dark brown color. Smell is of piney hops. Taste is piney hops, malts, very bitter. Overall nothing terrible but I have had better IPA’s.
Canned 10/13/17 at Farmbird, DC. Pours orange golden, deep color. White head. Aroma is lots of astringent orange and grapefruit citrus. Really big malt backbone lends quite a bit of caramel. Very resinous. Very standard. Decent. LilBeerDoctor (4193) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 24, 2017
Can. Pours a hazy orange brown with some particles and a white head. Aroma of citrus, caramel malts, light fruits, earthy hops. Flavor of pale malts, earthy hops, mild citrus, light fruits. Malt forward IPA. Not sure if this 6 pack might have been damaged since the beers had lots of particles. I will have to try it again. It's not bad though!

Draft in Reagan National airport. Mild floral smells. Pours orange brown with a white head that disappears fast. Nice round tastes of hops and malt well balanced. Oily mouthfeel and low carbonation. Very drinkable. omhper (25723) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - OCT 5, 2017
Canned at SBWF. Clear deep golden, small head. Grapefruity nose with odd notes of Gruyére cheese. Mid dry with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Crisp bread, apricots and citrus. Piney resinous bitter finish. TBone (18217) - Pori, FINLAND - OCT 5, 2017
Can at SBWF. Clear amber colour, small white head. Ryeish, hoppy aroma. Medium-bodied. Citrus, piney flavour. Not so fresh. Meh.

Can, many thanks Savino! Rather clear copper-golden color with white head. Aroma is piney, toasted malts, fudge, toffee. Taste is the same, piney, resinous, very eastcoasty. Oily mouthfeel, sticky forest floor, low to medium carbonation. Ah, a classic East Coast IPA in times of Haze, and it's good!... anstei (2608) - Zurich, SWITZERLAND - OCT 2, 2017
Can, courtesy of SinH4. Pours almost clear amber with a medium head. Aroma is forest floor, pines, resin, toasted malts. Body is medium, healthily sweet and really bitter, low but lively carbonation. Nice sweet backbone, but still super bitter. Almost light on the palate. No tropical fruit at all, really unusual these days. I like! ABUSEDGOAT (2847) - California, USA - SEP 18, 2017
Hazy orange with a white head that lasts. Aroma is grapefruit, citrus, wood, caramel, orange. Medium bodied, moderate bitterness, flavor matches the aroma. Very similar to the DFH IPAs. jsporrer (1116) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 10, 2017
Pours a clear bright orange with an off white foamy head. Aroma of citrus and hops. A bit harsh and bitter. Not as flavorful as I expected. Ok but not that great. MacNJ (108) - New Jersey, USA - SEP 3, 2017
Picked up a six pack of cans during a visit to D.C. The nose is boozy and tropical fruits. Poured cooper with a thin head in a pint glass. Earthy taste with a pine bite. Very balanced with a malt backbone. Locally, NJ's Spellbound IPA has a similar hop flavor, but this one is smoother. Liked the story on Henry Clay and John Quincy Adams (The Corrupt Bargain). Cheers!
