Ruby red dark amber, small head. Earthy hops in nose and taste. Bit tropic hops too. Caramel, spicy bready body. Alcoholic when warmer. Aromatic pale ale not as easy as advertised. Quite different but very enjoyable if you like more malty flavour.

This is a not so hoppy APA. Great color, malty, with a hint of citrus aroma. Goes down smooth and crisp. If you're looking for hops, you probably won't like this. However, if you want an APA that is more of a drinkable beverage than an event, you'll like this. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nothing remarkable or memorable. Clean going down. Metallic aftertaste. Not particularly hoppy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can: DOB 2/22/16 so 2 weeks out of date. IPA glass. A: Seemingly thick, syrupy pour with almost no head. Tawny dark and hazy orange. S: Tangerine and faint honeysuckle. T: Malty and sweet flavors of slight roast and toffee although piney hops are there to offer some balance. Very underwhelming and nondescript though this can is quite old. M: Again, thick syrupy and flatly carbonated. Almost cloying finish. O: This may be pretty good when fresh but this can has showed nothing to make me buy again.
