UPDATED: NOV 13, 2010 [2638-20091205] 750mL bottle. Weird banana uncooked cake and raisins. Hazy, light brown orange body with a quick foamy white head. Flavour has an odd saison yeasty raisin characteristic with banana notes. Medium body. Weird marshmallow banana melts. (6/3/6/3/12) 3.0

Overheard: "Aroma: poopy." "Not poop?" "Not poop, poopy."

[3266B-20100803] Cask sample. Very banana, quite a surprisingly strong aroma. Slightly hazy, light orange brown body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Fresh banana flavour has a hint of pineapple. Medium body. Such a weird brew, so much banana and not a lot of the wheat that usually comes with it. (7/4/7/3/14) 3.5

Pure golden pour. Small white head. Lagerish aroma with some faint banana and fruit hints. Flavor is like a sweetish lager. Banana flavor is light and I hardly taste any raisins. Maybe a small golden raisin flavor. Weird beer.

Bottle sampled on 4/5/09: Pours a hazy golden with lots of floaties and a well-lacing frothy white head. Aroma of fresh sweet pale malt and fruity bananas and a touch of Belgian yeast. Starts with good fullness and carbonation along with lots of sweet fruity banana flavor and a touch of grapes before a peppery slightly warming finish. An interesting and unique brew, but could hide its alcohol a little better.

Bottle [750ml] shared w/ friends at the ’2nd Annual Buffalo Cask Festival’ -- c/o swoopjones. Pours a murky pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma of banana candy that was eaten and then pooped out whole. Flavour: Ugh! Argh! Disgusting. Overly sweet, poopy, banana candy. Average bodied. One of the worse beers ever and I’m worse off having tried it.

bu11zeye (13239) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - JAN 23, 2010
(750ml bottle, courtesy of blutt59) Pours a hazy yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of banana taffy, vanilla wafers, angel food cake, and baked apple. Flavor of banana, light citrus, vanilla wafers, and yeast.

thirdeye11 (6162) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JAN 9, 2010
( 750ml bottle thanks to blutt59) Pours cloudy yellow with nice bubbles and low head/great lacing. Nose of banana, spices. Taste is spices, lemon, banana with a creamy, spicy finish.

UPDATED: AUG 17, 2010 2010-08-03. Murky golden pastel, modest off white head. 3+ Aroma is all banana, sweet but pleasantly so. Flavour is sweet, dominant banana flavour, sweet non-descript base malt. Smooth average plus palate. 3+ Shared by ethereal, I never would have picked this up but it is surprisingly much better than anticipated. 7/3/7/3/14 - 3.4 Cask at GBBF 2010

2009-12-05. Hazy pale yellow, small white head. Sweet aroma of alcohol, banana. Flavour is likewise sweet, candyish banana. Average palate. Simple, banana is not as bad as some have made it out to be, but it does become a bit much. Not overly drinkable but has some interesting moments. 6/3/5/3/11 Bottle shared by swoopjones

bottle. Quote of the day courtesy of Blankboy "I’m mad I tried this". Not a big fan of banana so naturally I wont like this. Banana taffy. Bleck

madmitch76 (25801) - , Essex, ENGLAND - NOV 29, 2009
28th September 2007. Sweet banana beer with a hint of raisans. Does was it says on the tin! Dry finish and some intense banana when the sediment was disturbed.

Papsoe (25055) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 26, 2009
