Bottled. Dark brown colour, mediumsized brown bubbly head. Aroma is alcohol, caramel, fudge, raisins and some yeast. Flavour is raisins, yeast, an alcoholic sting and lots of fruits and some malts. Fills up the palate in a nice way also. Quite easy to drink and enjoyable. reakt (951) - Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 25, 2007

(Bottled) Dark cola color with a small, tanned and slightly lacy head. Toffee-malty, sweetish aroma with some rye-pudding and spices. Sweetish and slightly sour, yeasty, roasted-malty, slightly burned and salty flavor with some ashiness and licorice. Medium-bodied, slightly thin palate with medium carbonation. Quite homebrew-like, but not bad. Something between a doppelbock, schwarzbier, and dubbel. bager (2120) - Copenhagen N, DENMARK - DEC 21, 2006
