Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy amber with an off-white head. Yeasty, roasty aroma - a whiff of smoke too. Medium body, odd unclean malt bill, with a little yeast and ashes. Ends dry. Utterly forgettable. 260911 Ungstrup (38941) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - SEP 26, 2011
Bottled. An unclear dark red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of yeast, malt, and lots of spices among them cloves. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, spices, and yeast, of them most cardemomme, leading to a very dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing. yespr (48916) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - SEP 26, 2011

Subtle smoky aroma. Subtle smoky aftertaste with a little bitterness. Nice kerolasa (409) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 11, 2011
Brown red color. Not impressive head. I see some dark brown bits at the bottom of the glass, Smell is a little sweet, and malty. Amount of carbonation does not please me. Aroma is on bitter side, and heavy. I can find some hay and nuts, but this is no means very complex beer. thebeertourist (5188) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAY 30, 2011
Bottle at ’t Arendsnest. Pours hazy copper with a small, creamy head. Fruity aroma, hints of biscuit. Very bitter flavours, hints of sourness and farmyard. A bit Orvalesque, but without its body. Quite interesting. dutchbeerpages (2439) - Wilnis, NETHERLANDS - APR 10, 2011
Apple with some odd smokiness. Cloudy amber with a nice small head that dissappears quickly. Taste is fresh but with some odd meat/cheese flavor. Strange beer, but nice. Bottle at the Bierkoning
