Christos (5897) - Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - MAY 17, 2013
Nice label once again as with the Hopla one. 330 ml bottle, into a tulip glass.ABV 8.5%
Poured carefully, I got a beer with a clear body, although there are some bits floating around. Deep orange amber colour, with two fingers of white head, leaving very nice lacing on the glass, as tall as the foam once was.
Weirdily nice aroma, I get lots of spices but I can’t tell exactly what. Surely cardamon seeds, the rest reminds me of something but not sure what.
The taste is also full of spices, along with floral notes. Slighty bitter aftertaste. The alcohol very well hidden.
Medium thin body, fairly fry on the palate. Carbonation on very good levels.
Overall very tasty beer, I have had already two from this brewery and they were great, I see a great future lying ahead them.

Hazy golden yellow with white foam head leaving drinking rings. Aroma is light bitter with some yellow flesh fruit notes. Taste is quite bitter, again with some fruity notes. Short bit sweet aftertaste. (Velp 201212)

Thanks to bierkoning for that one. Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts strong, a bit alcoholic, fruity hints of peaches. Finish more moldy, still alcoholic, a bit unbalanced. Spicy aftertaste. Okay.

GSAP (761) - NETHERLANDS - APR 6, 2012
Warm zoet aroma, karamel.

Good white head. Slightly hazy amber pour. Nice enough triple

Bosskie (951) - NETHERLANDS - DEC 30, 2011
Glowing reddish brown beer with a weak head and no carbonation. Grainy yeast floating around. Sweetish wholesome smell, lightly citric and peachy with some breadiness and hints of mandarin. Lightly malty alcoholic. Sweetish woody sour taste. Malty with a warm alcoholic glow and a medicinal, oily feel.
