Ritzn (1656) - GERMANY - NOV 18, 2016
Dark brown with medium beige head. Aroma is a chocolate coated banana. Taste is much yeasty sourness and chocolate sweetness. Some fusels in the back though. Medium carbonation, medium body. A little watery still. Some sensations of soap in the finish. Apart from that, very nice.

vinivini (2666) - Gomel, BELARUS - JAN 9, 2015
Brown liquid, tall rocky head. Aroma of banana, spice, yeast. Light body. Thin texture. The taste is pleasantly sweet with picant spiciness. Good light Weizen if you ready to forgive its thin body.

Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - OCT 31, 2012
It’s unclear dark brown with a creamy, golden head. The aroma has notes of yeast, caramel and fruit. The sweet flavor has notes of yeast, roasted malt, caramel, fruit, a touch of licorice towards the slightly yeasty finish.

MoritzF (10018) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - AUG 10, 2010
(bottle) Hazy, chestnut-brown colour with a big but diminishing frothy off-white head. Slightly yeasty and sweet malty nose with a distinctively toasted touchm restrained fruity notes and rather harsh phenolic spices. Slightly bitter and sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Toast-malty, almost a bit burnt taste with subtle fruity elements; dry-ish toasty and phenolic spicy finish. Not a very balanced Dunkelweizen. 16.IX.08

2.5
