Draft 0.3l at the new Brewpub Bierfabriek Amsterdam, The Netherlands. 17.11.2016. Pour it hazy amberish color with small white head. Aroma of sour cabbage, some kind of herbal tea, funky hm. Taste light watery, again tea, malty in some way, herbalish at the end, light sweetness, lightly bitter, light body, thin feel, average carbonation, astringent finish.

(De Bierfabriek Rosso) Tap at the source. Deep red to amber coloured body, with almost two full fingers of thick, off-white head on top, quite good retention. Aroma of grains, caramel, some red fruits. Nicely bitter taste with again red fruits and caramel. Medium thin body, good carbonation. Okay beer, easy to drink.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for sharing this bottle! The beer starts smooth and fresh. Somehow sweetish with not much body. Easy to drink aftertaste. Refreshing grainy with a quite sweetish-sticky body. No bitterness. Sessionable brew. but I miss depth or aroma here. Behind the sweetish grain there is not much else.

50cl bottle. Pours slightly hazy deep amber colour with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of red malts, caramel, mild hops. Taste of red fruits, red malt, caramel, some nuts, mild bitter hops, okay!

On tap at De Bierfabriek. Very hazy, orangeish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty aroma of caramel, nuts, straw and some honey. Sweetish-malty taste of caramel, nuts, straw and hints of honey, followed by a short, slightly bitter, bready finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. First sips were not that nice, but the musty notes disappeared after a while. Overall easily drinkable, okay.

Draught at De Bierfabriek, Delft, the Netherlands.
Clear red color with a small off-white head. The aroma is typical to amber ale... sweet malt, caramel and some hoppy notes. The flavor however is a bit strange... yeast, butter, caramel malt, sweetness and mild hops. Sorry, not my kind of beer.

Vollmundig malzig herber, angenehm ser Antrunk. Wrzig, was sich noch etwas steigert. Deutlich malzig, vollmundig bleibend. Zum Ende herber, dabei rund bleibend. Gut. 12/11/12/13//12
