Hazy orange-red coloured, fair head. Very sweet fruity nose, like syrup. Initially sweet flavour, which develops to be more bitter in the end. Unusual brew. I’m not if i would like more than one in a row, but a single one i enjoyed. Thanks again mom for bringing this from Bruges. Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - OCT 22, 2008
Courtesy of Fonefan. The color is reddish peach and the head is creamy. The mouthfeel is rather oily. The flavour has sweetness and a light fruity/berry sourness. It has notes of peach, and synthetic notes of other fruits and it ends with a slightly spicy alcohol bite. daniele (9680) - ITALY - OCT 12, 2008

Amber colored brew. Fruity aroma. Flavor is not nice. Sweet, fruits, twisted sourness and alcoholic bitterness. Not nice at all.

bottle 33cl, nice aroma of citrus and lemon and pomegranate and confiturated fruit..cloudy rusty look with a sticky white head. taste very citrus and stays after.. the acid tries to hide the alcohol too much. could b better with a minor adjustment, but still not bad. nbutler11 (1305) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - SEP 19, 2008
Pours a hazy caramel color from the bottle with an off-white head. Loaded with mixed berries (predominantly cran, rasp, and blue) in both the nose and flavor. Cane sugar is also featured, yet none of this beer’s sweetness manages to masque it’s alcohol content. KimJohansen (10497) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - AUG 27, 2008
Muddy with huge head. Sweet fruity aroma with malty and caramel notes. Somewhat sweet flavor with malty and caramel notes. BoBoChamp (5878) - Gent, BELGIUM - JUL 26, 2008
33cl, from De Hopduvel Gent, not complex, hazy, rocky head, nothing special nearbeer (5610) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - JUL 11, 2008
330 ml, bbe 2008/01/08. Cloudy, dirty copper with a large head that sizzles down to a lasting 1/2 inch of meringue with nice lacing. Aroma is raspberries (!) with honey, apple, and slight brown sugar. Flavor starts the same, with a nice drying finish that turns the flavor to tart apple, funky leather, caramel and slight dried wood. Light body is too fizzy, but very refreshing and dry. Unique and tasty, and I think this one would garner much better ratings in the fruit beer (or lambic) category, even if it doesn’t have fruit in it!
