pivnizub (10512) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - SEP 13, 2016
Bouteille:Light rosé coloured, almost clear, some floaties visible, small and quickly collapsing loose head; distinctive sweetish aroma of raspberries, presumably not artificial, a faint acidity and a faint bitterness in the background; moderate sweet flavour with - see above - a slight acidity and a delicate bitterness; light to medium bodied and nevertheless a bit sticky; sweet finish, full of raspberries. Pretty sweet, but not unpleasant...

Old rating from 2010, 37.5cl bottle. Nice smooth fruity beginning. Not too much sourness, round and refreshing with hints of raspberry candy. Nice and refreshing though.

MoritzF (9803) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - SEP 15, 2015
(bottle, 37.5cl) Almost clear, golden colour with a ruby shine and a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Distinctively raspberry-fruity aroma, slightly acidic with a mildly malty background. Sweet and delicately sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a tame carbonation. Soft malt character with present raspberry flavours, getting slightly sticky and syrupy; finishes sweet and delicately sour-fruity and tart. 15.IX.15

0.75l bottle. Red colour, hazy, with a white head. Good yeasty-beery-fruity nose, quite promising. Not too sweet, pleasantly tart with a nice beery character comparable to a Berliner Weiße, with a pleasant fruity character. Much nicer than expected, actually, really nice to drink!

Een lekker frambozenbiertje, lekker zoet. Er zijn er betere, maar niet veel. Goed voor in de zomer

Bottle: Served in a Belle Vue Geuze glass: A headless clear amber colored beer. Aroma is cassis with framboise and malts and a sprinkle of honey. Flavour is a mix of honey, raspberry, malts, light bitter, some herbs, some red fruit and a hint of sweeter wood. Aftertaste is a mix of raspberry, honey and some bitters with a light malty edge. Low to no carbo, medium bodied, watery mouthfeel and texture. Typical fruit beer, not bad.

Very clear, bubbling pinkish/purple colored pour. Slim layer of white bubbles hang around the entire drink. Some lacing. Big raspberry aroma. Big raspberry taste with a bit of sour cherry to it. Not bad. I think I got an older Liefmans bottles as the cage disintegrated and the cork was the hardest thing I have ever held - from a corked bottle that is. Not bad.

Idiosynkrasie (7312) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - MAY 18, 2013
375ml bottle. Clear copper colour with small, frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly artificial, sweet raspberry aroma. Taste is sweet, slightly artificial raspberry, in the middle part a tart note as useful counterweight flashes up; sticky palate. Way too sweet and artificial.
