neongolden (1721) - Linköping, Sweden/Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 29, 2017
(750ml 2017 bottle from De Bierkoning, Amsterdam) Pours a slightly hazy deep purplish coloured with a fine medium pink head that lasts. Aroma of crushed bilberries, black currants, intense and semi-jammy, raisins, oak, spices, lactic yoghurty tang, stables. Flavour is dry, lightly lactic tart, fruity, lightly jammy. Bilberries and black currants, berry skins, touch vinous, lemon yoghurt, twigs, oak, tannic dryness in the finish where oak, hay and crushed fruit skins leave a very dry aftertaste. Light bodied with soft sparkling carbonation. Feels like it would improve a bit with age, the fruit character is really nice but not expressed so deeply on the tongue. Not as sour as most fruited De Cam, really drinkable.

Rami Rami is drinking a Wilde Bosbessen by Geuzestekerij De Cam at Muzeum Azji i Pacyfiku Aromat: stodolowo-lajnowo-sianowate, w ylustach bardziej czuc owocki (blizej nieznane), mocno kwasne, ciut ocet, malo tanin, najs ale extrem
Rami Rami: Na cieplo lepiej i bardziej owocowo, moze nawet faktycznie jagodowy leciutko posmak...

Corked bottle. Dark purple color. Lots of brett, oak, earthy notes, tannines and blackberries in the aroma, mild sour, milky flavor. Oak, tannines, twigs. Very low on carbon. Complex, and interesting.
