Bottle from Dranken Geers, Gent, Oostakker, Belgium consumed inside ?Frank? (camper) at Camping De Maesberg, nr Arnhem, Monday 1st October 2012 Murky orange/amber appearance if there was a head it has dissappeared now. Smokey in mouth, I never got the smokiness straight away but after a while it is very apparent. There is sort of burnt, sweet lemonyness (very nice) cannot believe I hadnt had this before, I think I had but just forgot to rate, very good beer, very good brewery. A7 A3 T8 P4 Ov16 3.8

0,66 l bottle, shared.
Poured murky amber with a medium creamy off white head. Brett like aroma with herbs, riped cheese, light smoke. Medium body, malt base with honey taste, grass and some berries. Hoppy, bittersweet aftertaste, nothing smoke in the flavor.

Tap at Of Love & Regret. Clear amber pour with webby lace. Nose is sweet tea, mild cheese, small smoked ham, honey glazed bacon. Taste is thicker smoked meat and sweet bacon. Lighter body with good hop bitterness. Very nice. My style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

erickok (5629) - Leuven, BELGIUM - SEP 5, 2012
Dark copper, light cloudy body, creamy beige head. Clear smoke in here, not light in my book. Also some nutty notes, dades and cooked rice. Moderate yet active carbonation. Medium bitter, but mostly that smoke again. It doesnt really work for me TBH. Yeast as well, but that one saves this for me. Just not my thing, I think, although Im never as impressed by dDvdK as others seem to be. (33cl bottle)
