n0mel (250) - FINLAND - NOV 15, 2012
(From notes 8 Nov, 2012) Bottle. Large, cream-colored, thick, fluffy head. Hazy amber/brown pour. Aroma is sugary, flowery hops, yeasty. Wheres the smoke? Flavor malty, some alcohol, smoke. Creamy mouthfeel, nice. Finish is a smokey bitter. Overall there is an unpleasant bitterness/alcoholic flavor. The smoke does not seem to add anything positive. An okay beer, but not something I would drink again.

Swaroga (2204) - Warszawa, POLAND - NOV 10, 2012
33cl bottle. Amber and brown wood color. The head is creamy and light beige. Nose : smoked notes are strong and first to hit the nose, some dairy elements with milk chocolate like aromas. Smoked cheese like aromas. Nuts. Sip : medium body with creamy texture. Good carbonation. Sweet with burned and smoked aromas with spices and nuts. Develops a dry feeling until the end. The beer is deliciously smoked. There is a small issue of balance and lacks more rich ending but it does also make a great beer with low alcohol content. Nice one.

Bottle from Dranken Geers, Gent, Oostakker, Belgium consumed inside ?Frank? (camper) at Camping De Maesberg, nr Arnhem, Monday 1st October 2012 Murky orange/amber appearance if there was a head it has dissappeared now. Smokey in mouth, I never got the smokiness straight away but after a while it is very apparent. There is sort of burnt, sweet lemonyness (very nice) cannot believe I hadnt had this before, I think I had but just forgot to rate, very good beer, very good brewery. A7 A3 T8 P4 Ov16 3.8
