Golden amber with strong dense head. A: roasted malts, light hoppy note with lime and exotic fruits, lemon. Some redemption in the taste, which is nice and sweet from the roasted malts, with a fruity bitter development, oranges and lime, nice mouth feel. Malts in finish, dry, bitter, fruity.

simontomlinson (589) - Blackburn, Lancashire, ENGLAND - JAN 21, 2017
UPDATED: OCT 21, 2017 Fluffy off white head stayed on a hazy, finely effervescent, copper coloured body - looks fantastic. Spicy berry, citrus & tea aromas. Medium bodied, creamy on the palate - sharp on the back. Well carbonated. Cloying Bitter citrus, hoppy, spices, tea & under ripe fruit tastes. They complimented the faint malt hints that give it some similarities to an English IPA - albeit super hopped & flavoured.

From 33 bottle. Pours loaded golden with limited white foam. Aroma is rich: alcoholic, reminiscent of rum, similar to barley wine, nuts, spirits. Body is medium-dense, with virtually no carbonation. A bit of astringency. Taste is moderately bitter. Finish is long and enjoyable.
