Really enjoyed this, interesting take on the IPA. Tastes sweet however blends well with the zesty cirtus and spicy hops. Wish i bought more than one...

Bottle, pours hazy orange with a white head. Aroma: tangerine, mango, citrus, bit of cheese. Taste follows with biscuit, strawberry, sweet berries, some pine needles, lime zest, bit of caramel. Light to medium sweet, medium bitter, oily texture, medium body, average carbonation. Quite a presence of hop oils in the bitter finish. No harshness, no boozyness, just a lovely fruity affair.

Keg at Brewdog Manchester. A slightly hazy amber colour with a thin white head. Aroma of orange, resin, some toasted malts, slight wood, subtle grapefruit and a little mango. Taste of orange, passion fruit, a little mango, resin, slight toasted malt and subtle caramel. Medium bodied and a slick texture. A long, slick, toasted, resinous hop bitterness in the finish. This is a pithy IPA, tons of orange and resinous hops up front. However its balanced with toasted malts and caramel late on. Decent.

Backlog from 2015/01/27.

330mL from International Beer Collector BB April 2016 Gold body, tight white foam. Hop driven nose - orange zest, mango, grass, with toasty malts underneath. Good weight on palate, full without feeling overtly big or rich, creamy carbonation, smooth chewy texture. Zesty body - orange rind, grapefruit juice, cut grass, pine sap, touch of grainy toast malt in the works. Firm bitterness, lingering hop spice. Very easy drinking Double IPA indeed - nice!

Hazy amber with small tight white head. Very floral aroma overlaid on a strong malt base, with some tropical fruits evident as well. Very smooth hop flavour - a mixture of stone and tropical fruits, with a strong malt backbone. Huge hoppy taste that isnt excessively bitter but has a nice dry finish. Full bodied but would never guess the 8.5% ABV without looking at the bottle. Really enjoyable.
