bartlebier (4261) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - JAN 8, 2018
Aged 75cl bb2016ish, shared Jahresendtasting BH. - Kort: original smoked sour with a plethora of on&off-flavours, ranging from ash-smoked peaches over yoghurt lacto, vinsanto, leather and tobacco, balsamico rosso and rubber. The dark malts from the Bravoure base beer give this host of phenols and esters some malty substance to perch on, landing it at an Antwerp smoked Oud Bruin of sorts. All over the place with orugher edges that seemed to have thinned out with age, enjoyable when shared.

Beerhunter111 (23978) - Beerland, GERMANY - DEC 4, 2017
Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2017. A slightly hazy golden beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of tart fruits, wood, grapes. Taste of tart fruits, some smoked malt, bacon.

PhillyCraft (8419) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 20, 2017
Backlog Bottle with pat at Devils den in 2010. Poured an ultra hazy orange with a thick head and light lacing. Aromas and flavor of yeast, dough, vinegar, and other citrus fruits. A little bit too sour and had some sharpie notes. Probably infected

Ferris (17935) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 16, 2017
Bottle - Earthy mushroom, sweaty and woody notes. Cloudy dark copper gold with a frothy white head. Earthy woody notes, nice light sourness and more earthy funk. The earthy barrel notes are very prominent.

Vivbeer (21) - Bruxelles, BELGIUM - FEB 11, 2017
Ambrée opaque, très peu de mouse. Au nez fruité de pêche, ananas. Attaque fraîche et fruitée. Légère amertume fumée et fin citronnée. Une bière complexe, équilibrée et juste magnifique.

txspartan (1065) - Berchem, BELGIUM - OCT 1, 2016
Some sour aroma. No head. Uncommitted sour flavour. Mild, accessible, but also without character.

75cl bottle. Hazy golden orange with a small white head. Caramel, barnyard, light smoke, ripe fruits and funky yeast. Average carbonation and medium body. Taste is quite complex with tart, sour, fruity and malty sweet and bitter notes. Overall, a treat to the senses kind of beer.

tiong (7896) - Espoo, FINLAND - AUG 17, 2016
UPDATED: AUG 17, 2016 Draught @ Stadin Panimobaari, Helsinki. Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of bretta, smoky leather, wood, malts, caramel, ripe fruits, funky yeast and farmyard. Taste is funky, slightly tart and earthy with some sourness, bretta, wood, oak, hints of smoke, leather and ripe fruits. Finish is ripe fruity, slightly sourish and tart with some smokiness, leather, wood, bretta, oak and toffee. Quite tasty and complex, not your typical sour ale.
