Big bottle shared at home. Massive gusher. Hazy dark golden with white head. Nettles, sweet malts, orange juice and peel, lots of herbs, light tropical fruits, spicy yeast. Light funk and juniper in the finish. Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied.

Hazy amber with a big creamy head. More piney than fruity hops, caramel malts. Medium sweet with a lingering bitter finish. A kind of low alcohol belgian DIPA. Interesting.

Bire blonde la robe lgrment cuivre au col pais moyennement effervescent. Magnifique dgustation qui offre un beau nez fleuri, malt sur des notes biscuites, avec de la levure et un lger mieleux. En bouche, le corps assez robuste dune bonne tenue sur toute la dure de la dgustation offre un maltage aux fortes saveurs de grain la fois panifi lgrement rti et biscuit accomagn dun lger milieux avec un houblonnage rsineux insistant au got de mandarine, de citron confis, de raisin blanc. Finale assez sche, lgrement acre. Dommage, ce maltage qui empte la langue en arrire-bouche. A recomander!

On tap @ La Capsule, Lille - FR (Event Meet the Brewer - 27th May 2015) - Color : hazy bronze blond beer with small carbonation and small white foam. Smell: caramel and malt domination. Notes of apricot and small candied apricot. Yeasty finish. Taste: very sweet and caramel attack and well balanced with grain taste. Finish as yeasty. Aftertaste: good persistence on mouth, caramel and really small bitterness.

Aroma: Smelling of almonds, orange flowers, sugar, eggs and yeast.
Appearance: A hazy amber colored beer. A high off-white head with good lacing and good curtains.
Taste: Tasting sweet bread, orange marmalade, muffin batter and vanilla.
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a dry finish.
Overall: Balance, clean and all good.
