Pours medium golden, cloudy. Flavour is overly yeasty, which made for a rather heavy, sour taste left in my mouth. A fairly unremarkable beer.

Looks like a very nice beer, nice hoppy smell to it. It’s well balanced, happy with a slide bitter taste (not to much). There is a spicy aftertaste (like a Triple) that last a bit, but it isn’t overpowering. This is a very good beer for just 5,5 % alc.

Bottle from Binny’s in Plainfield, IL. A decent blonde with a strong hop character, though with some off-notes along the way. Poured with an inch thick, wispy bright white head, some retention and patchy lacing, and a hazy, bright golden orange body. The nose is of pure yeast, grainy hay and mixed grass, wild herb, and light funky vinegar and booze. The body is stronger than the abv would suggest, very dry, grassy bitter, and slightly off-tart. Flavor notes start off yeasty and light fruity tart, then hazy dry grass, herb, light lemon citrus, and mellow cereal grains. Finish is dry, grassy, with some copper. Overall, just ok. Not my favorite blonde.
