4.8 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Bought from wine warehouse in Charlottesville, Va. 11.2 oz bottle. Pours a stand-tall head that will extend above the glass rim by an inch if you let it. Bright white puffy head. Body is clear and golden. Bubbles are even and steady though somewhat fewer than the head would denote. Nose is old pears, pinch o’ sour, malty/caramel fo’ sho.
Hop snap on the tongue at first and last taste. In the middle is a rich malt flavor. It’s like a hops-malt-hops oreo.
Finish is fairly clean in the mouth. If this thing would age, I’d buy a case. As it is, I will simply pick up two bottles every time I see it.
Bottle from Pivoljub. Stood in the fridge for few days, upright, quite a gusher. Massive head that refused to go down even with the slowest possible pour.
Clean hop notes, some citrus and fruits, alcohol, caramel. Alcohol isn't overbearing, bitterness is low to medium. Drinkability is good. hrabren (1953) - Zagreb, CROATIA - JAN 3, 2018
UPDATED: JAN 3, 2018 0.33 l bottle brought by Bazz. Big tasting #2. Murky golden, frothy off-white head. Cardboard, raw meat, spices, malts. Light spicy, dry. Much cleaner than aroma. Light body, light finish. samjdix (74) - - DEC 26, 2017
Don't get this. So unpleasantly fizzy that all I got is a thin and overwhelmingly bitter taste. Astringent aroma of apples. Tiny bits of caramel as I work through but wouldn't have again. carlom (119) - ITALY - DEC 17, 2017
Colore arancio, schiuma compatta pannosa e persistente. Aromi floreali e speziati.

UPDATED: DEC 5, 2017 Big fan of beers from De Dolle Brouwers. Clear golden ale with fruity, aroma. belgium yeasty clean crisp taste NiklasT (144) - SWEDEN - NOV 8, 2017
Golden, almost clear with a thick head. Aroma yeasty with herbs and spices. Taste a bit dry with more herbs and some citrus. More bitterness at the end than the typical belgian blond strong ale. biilz (279) - SPAIN - OCT 29, 2017

Buen aspecto un poco turbio, espuma persistente

UPDATED: OCT 27, 2017 At first, I smell some really nice fruity tones. The beer is itself is strong, triple-ish. Would def recommend this one!
