COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Arabier is a pure malt beer brewed with flower Nugget-hops from Poperinge. It has the special dry-hopping taste and aroma, so appreciated by beer lovers all over the world. It is one of the two main beers from De Dolle Brouwers available throughout the year. Aging time is limited due to the fact that hop bitterness declines with age. Store arabier cool and dark and serve cool at 10C.

A complex beer with a very fresh taste, that gets more bitter to the end. Connoisseurs prefer to drink this beer straight from the bottle ( unusual for e beer with re-fermentation in the bottle ) (preferably drink one year before the best before date to have the full palate)

Neus niks bijzonders. Leuk mondgevoel met mooie ronde smaak: gedroogde citrus met een weinig zoet. Lekkere hop met bittere afdronk. Smaakt om een of andere reden zeer Belgisch.

Bottle from Boise Co-op. Lively bottle, cloudy orange amber with towering rocky head. Big yeasty aroma, Taste leads with the yeast, adds some savory flavors, some bittering hops. Dries out towards the end, but savory spices linger.

330ml bottle (thanks Mart). Gusher! Hazy brown color. Small size, white head, stays. Sourish, vinegar, sweet, malty, sugar in aroma. Sugary, malty, biscuits, bit of vinegar in taste. Very fizzy carbonation. Sweet and biscuits and malty in aftertaste. Touch of alcohol. Kind of drinkable.

De color anaranjado oscuro y con buena espuma blanca y cremosa. Su aroma son dulces, azcar y caramelo con toques de naranja. Deja un final seco pero con ganas de repetir.

Bottle shared at home. Clear golden pour with an impossibly tall white head with good retention. Notes of Belgian yeast, bread dough, bitter hops, rye, honey, herbal hops. Medium to light body, high carbonation and a bitter-sweet finish.

Bottle 0.33l at Gollem Overtoomstraart Amsterdam, The Netherlands. 04.10.2016. Pour it hazy orange color with big white head. Aroma of apples, pears, leather, some vanilla. Taste sweet Belgian yeast present, pinch of sourish in the middle, peach, apricot, some spices on the back, finish with fresh green apple, perfect balanced, full body, creamy, fizzy, long finish. Nice!

tfredvik (1798) - Oslo, NORWAY - OCT 2, 2016
Opens with a loud PSSSST and a minute later my glass is filled with white foam and 0.5 cm of clear, golden beer at the bottom. The humongous head is very long-lived and covers the glass in lacings, but I hate having to wait for minutes before I can start to smell or taste a beer because of over-carbonation. Strong aroma of Belgian yeast, spices, light fruits like apples, pale malts and some floral notes. Strong flavour of Belgian yeast, black pepper, pale malts and alcohol. In the back I find citrus, mild funk and slightly fermented apples. I guess the over-carbonation is caused by a light infection, that actually doesnt do much harm to the beer. Light to moderate sweet taste, with a moderate bitter and long-lasting finish. Mid-bodied with a soft carbonation. Nice.
[33 cl bottle, enjoyed 8 months before BB date, from Vinmonopolet Aker Brygge, Oslo]
