COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Arabier is a pure malt beer brewed with flower Nugget-hops from Poperinge. It has the special dry-hopping taste and aroma, so appreciated by beer lovers all over the world. It is one of the two main beers from De Dolle Brouwers available throughout the year. Aging time is limited due to the fact that hop bitterness declines with age. Store arabier cool and dark and serve cool at 10C.

Bottled May 2011, so almost a year old. Pours hazy gold with some chunks and a massive frothy white head that continuously builds in the etched Sam Adams tulip, kind of annoying. It took 15 minutes just to let the head recede and actually get some aroma. It did warm up nicely during that time too though since it was too cold at first. Aroma of citrus, bready malt, herb, fruit, earthy funk. The hops hold up well in the taste, fairly bitter and not oxidized, nice malt body. Medium body, high carbonation.

La birra si presenta perfettamente. Colore biondo carico un po torbido. Schiuma bianca, pannosa, compatta ed infinita. Aromi intensi di miele, erba di campo, fiori. Amaro un po pesante. Bilanciato solo parzialmente dalla dolcezza mielata. Carbonatazione abbondante adeguata. Corpo importante ed alcolicit ben bilanciata. Immaginandosi un abirra belga si immagina unaromaticit del genere ma lamaro eccessivo ruba leggermente il piacere della bevuta.

Cloudy gold color, with a compact creamy head that never ends. Great lace that slides through the glass. Funky citric aroma, orange, ginger, lemon, cardamom, tea leaves.. Dry, bitter, crispy palate, medium body, carbonation is great, tiny bubbles are always comin up to the top. Taste of citrics, ginger, cardamom, banana. Bitter finish. Another great one for the brothers.

From old tasting notes. Cloudy orange gold color. Creamy white head. Subtle yeasty malt nose with hints of orange peel and cardamom. Zesty huge malt flavor with plenty of citrus overtones. Dry grapefruit peel finish. Very nice.

Light amber. Spicy, fruity, citrusy and yeasty. The aroma is a little light but the flavour is full on. Starts with a full, sweetish taste that finishes with a dry and solid bitterness. Medium body. Overall, a great strong ale. Very tasty and refreshing. I want to sit in the sun and enjoy this.

Beautiful whipped cream head hazy yella. Funky sour saison / Belgian strong ale aroma. Bitter fruity saison gueuze flavor ending with that classic bang bitterness. Reminds me of Saison Dupont and a more fruity Belgian ale. Fucking awesome. Thanks Kapusil!!!

0.33l bottle. Slightly hazy golden body with a huge rocky head. Aroma of bread, ginger, lemon zest, orange zest and champagne. Taste of bread, hay, lemon juice, orange zest, coriander and earthy hops. Awesome beer.

Bottle from Bottle Baron Edinburgh. Very highly carbonated, with a white lasting head. Aroma has notes of cloves and Belgian yest. Taste is classic belgian; dry, crisp, with some bitterness and hop flavours cutting through above a well-rounded malt base.

Classic, Belgianesque hops. Very dry and quite bitter. Warming notes of alcohol. Medium body and carbonation. Some esters.
