COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
De Dulle Teve is brewed in the tradition of a Belgian Triple. Its high density stems from large amounts of pale malt increased with pale candi sugar in the brew kettle. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, bottle-conditioned.

De Dulle Teve keeps two to three years without major changes in taste. Further maturing, up to 10 years, will cause it to darken a little and lose some of its bitterness. The bittering of about 30 IBU is due to Goldings hops in the brew kettle.

Fruitige neus. Smaak is vrij zoet, maar niet storend zoet. Gedroogd fruit, honing, lekkere gist.

Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Mega smak i aromat suszonych owoców z bananami na czele. Alkohol mógłby się ułożyć. Za rok-dwa będzie wyśmienite.

SebBrews (168) - Bucharest, ROMANIA - NOV 29, 2016
Pours a murky, opaque amber with a thick frothy, lasting head. Aroma is very complex - typical Belgian yeast, fruity/herbal esters, candy sugar, apricot, leaves. Taste is sweet apricot and candy sugar, bread, yeast and strong alcohol in the backbone. Heavy body, creamy texture, lively carbonation and a a dry finish. Just awesome.

Aroma - some alcohol, Brett yeast, coriander, candied sugar, clove, honey, herbs, and alcohol. Appearance - the body is a hazy golden rod color, with some fine sediment, and fuller sediment. The head is white and 1/4" and fades into a foam. Taste - has the classic Belgium yeast qualities, the taste has some spices - clove, coriander, there is a candied sugar, raisins, slight vanilla, honey, and herbs, there is also a slight bitterness. Palate - medium body, slightly creamy texture, average carbonation, slightly sweet and bitter finish.

AshtonMcCobb (6497) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - NOV 25, 2016
Bottle. Appearance - golden, with a decent continental head. Nose - honey and dried fruits. Some light spice such as white pepper and maybe cardamon. Taste - mainly dried fruit soaked in honey. Palate - rich and full bodied with a tangy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - good, but many other Abbey Tripels, have a better tang than this.

Evilkniamhel (941) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - NOV 24, 2016
From bottle. Pours clear, pale amber. Nose of esters, mandarins, resin. Taste is spicy, funky, white pepper, rich fruit, tiny bit tart.

L_Lovecraft (596) - - NOV 23, 2016
Yeastt and citrus, golden with a good white head, medium body, quite fizzy, quite bitter, alcohol is intense but elegant, taste is the same of the aroma...a good triple, obviously is a de dolle.
