The bottle I’ve had tasted just like dirt with some spices and caramel. Bad batch, I hope. SylvainCFC (319) - Brussels, BELGIUM - AUG 17, 2017
Brune très foncée, opaque. Mousse beige très abondante, aérée, anarchique. Aspect humide. Cristobal37 (1197) - Budapest, HUNGARY - AUG 8, 2017
Bottle. Deep dark brown, almost no head. Big sweet prunes and sugary malt aroma, reminds me of a wee heavy. Medium body, taste is sweet sugary malts, plum, chocolate cake, some old vanilla wood, spices. Spices and malt last a long time on the palate. Chock full of flavor and a hint of warming booze at the end. Really well done and balanced, but for whatever reason it wasn’t something I’d drink over and over again. I might compare it to Pannepot, which for me was superior. charlotte (5414) - rødovre, DENMARK - JUL 23, 2017

Dark red with big white head and strong carbonated look. Smells a bit of a cellar with lots of red fruits and apples slowly fermenting.. taste divine with dark fruits, warming spices and a slightly acidic finish. A beauty!

A very light gusher. Pours a very deep brown body with a super huge, very long-lived, beige head that ends up as a fully lasting layer. Strong aroma of sweet caramel, dark dried fruits, spices, Belgian yeast and brown sugar. Fairly strong flavour (but I had hoped for even more intensity) of dark dried fruits, Belgian yeast and caramel, with lightly roasted malt and spices in the back. Moderate sweet taste with a light bitter finish. Full body with a too lively carbonation that makes the mouthfeel somewhat foamy. A very nice beer that probably is superb when not over-carbonated.

At Cambrinus, Bruges. Pours cloudy brown with a lasting, foamy, off-white head. The aroma contains sugar, caramel, hops, spices, raisin, dried fruit and yeast. It tastes medium sugary sweet at first, then light hoppy bitter, finishing with a winey, acidic note. Oily texture, medium body, fizzy carbonation, light alcoholic. Very complex, balancing between sweet and sour, a real tasting beer. elbernays (1639) - Dublin, IRELAND - JUN 17, 2017
Bottle from Saveur biere. Pours brown with ruby red hints. Lots of dark fruit, raisin, tannic notes. Flavour is raisin sweet with a sour dry finish. Quite unusual. Lots of carbonation. Not the easiest drinking beer Jimbo2 (524) - DENMARK - MAY 27, 2017
Decent, but don’t understand the hype. Some slightly, slightly acidic notes, a little dried fruit and some lingering bitterness. dnicolaescu (2679) - Chișinău, MOLDOVA - MAY 14, 2017
BOTTLE 33 CL. Almost clear, rally dark ruby, gigantic beige head. Rich malty aroma, dark sugars, dried fruit, a little bit of cheesy acidity. The taste is just as rich, malty and fruity, with enough spicy bittering hops to balance, and high massging carbonation for an easy drinking mouthfeel. Background warming alcohol. Very good.
