750 ml bottle shared at the original Chez Moeder Lambic’s cellar. Hazy orange color with off white head. Malty and yeasty aroma, caramel, bread, citrusy fruity, hebal, leather notes, vinous, wood. Acidic sour taste. Medium oily body with soft to average carbonation. Boutip (6315) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 18, 2016
Bottle: Poured a reddish color ale with a huge off-white foamy head with great retention and excellent lacing. Aroma of vinous notes with some malt notes also discernable. Taste is an incredibly well balance mix of flavours including some vinous notes with some oak, tart, malt with some residual candi sugar notes and some dark fruits notes. Body is full with excellent carbonation. I had concerned the bottle might have been a bit too old but I should not have worried.

Comment: Dégustation Manseau 2016. Reserva 2010.
Portrait: Une robe cuivrée sans mousse. Un nez vineux de caramel fruité, fort complexe. Une bouche tout aussi vineuse, fruitée, piquante avec des saveurs intenses de caramel. Tout simplement superbe.
