COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Een volle ongefilterde Kölsch met een pittig bittertje en de mildheid van tarwe. Dit romige bier ontleent zijn naam aan brouwer Cor Brons en voormalig gastvrouw Corrie Derks. De sterke eigenschappen van het Duitse Weissen, gecombineerd met een vleugje Vlaanderen maar met onze eigen nuchterheid, geven een romige smaak met een lange afdronk.

Pours a golden slightly unclear beer with a good white head. Smells grain and malts. Tastes grain, herbs and malts. Average carbo, thin body and a sticky texture.

Bottle at home. Almost clear pale golden with white head. Sweet grain, lime, dry malt, dry grass, plastics, warm milk. Light sweet and moderate bitter. Medium body and strong carbonation. Watery aroma, creamy malty texture. A tad vegetal, but it finishes with a crisp and clean bitter. Quite nice.

Bottle at home. Slight hazy golden with short lasting fizzy white head. Almonds, quite grainy, sugar, light lemon, dried peach, carrots, soft leafy notes. Medium sweet with light but lasting bitter finish. Fizzy carbonation with almost creamy body.
