COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A wild farmhouse ale aged in oak foeder, and refermented on ’mystery’ fruit. This drinks bright with a complex fruit forward character. Enjoy now for a delightful and vibrant experience, or age in a cool and dark space for an increased tartness and Brettanomyces influence.

Strong passionfruity guava aroma, with a tart edge. Hazy yellow, with a big white head. Taste is sweet and fruity like the unfermented juice additions you might find in a homebrewed beer. Sorta like a high powered radler, gone slightly funky. $13/22oz

Bottle shared by Jack, thanks! Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sour tropical fruits with a bit of dank citrus and a bit of grains underlying. Flavor has dank and sour citrus with some sweet grains and a bit of funk underlying.

This sour from DeGarde is all about the mouthfeel, the nose is typical for sours from DeGarde, funky, fresh fruits (in this case apricot) and Sweet tarts. The mouthfeel however is rich, coating both hard and soft palate, filling every nook and cranny with apricot and citrus blossom flavors. The finish goes on for about 30 seconds. This bottle has great carbonation and a solid yet thin head.
