750 mL bottle. Clear golden body. Smells of oak, earthy yeast, winey aromas, a little sweet malt. Tastes of strong oak, sweet caramel, tart grape and stone fruit. Hefty oak and dry earthy finish. Medium body. An intense blend of sweet and sour. It's good. rami_pl (5373) - Warszawa, POLAND - OCT 22, 2017

Rami Rami: Tez jakas przyprawowosc...
Rami Rami: Bialy pieprz?
Poured from a 750 ml bottle.
Aroma is fruity with apricot, nectarine, passion fruit, pineapple and lemon. Light grain and medium light oak notes. Hints of earthy funk.
Pours a somewhat clear, golden orange to copper color with a large, thick, pillowy, slightly off white head that recedes quickly to a thin film that lingers on the edges. Faint lacing and legs.
Flavor has a medium light acidity; super light compared to de Garde beers from a couple years ago. Light sweetness and grain notes. Medium light oak notes with a bit of an earthy, musty funk. Light white wine notes with some green grapes, but mostly stone fruit and tropical fruit.
Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium high to high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a really nice beer. Great fruit notes and the acidity is not too strong. markducommun (1232) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - AUG 26, 2017
Cloudy orange, white head. Strong berry notes, slightly tart. A bit sweet. Light chewy body. Great.

Bottle shared in Maine - ta to abd. Pours clear orange-gold with a small, fading white fizz on top. The nose has some oak and lemon, a bit of old funk, old orange peel. Light sweet flavour with moderate acidity, some saltiness, woody dryness, a little grass. Light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Pretty tidy finish, some further acidic bite, lemon, more drying wood, oak, a little grassy bitterness, nectarine. Very nice. drsandman (1700) - New York, USA - AUG 25, 2017
Pours gold, fluffy off white head. Aroma is oak, hay, barnyard, earth, musty citrus. Flavor is dry earthy oak, lemon, barnyard, funky minerality. Medium bodied earthy, musty, funky, and lovely blend. slowrunner77 (13912) - Reno, Nevada, USA - AUG 10, 2017
Slightly clouded golden orange pour from the 750. Big head dissipates quickly. Nice nose and flavor - almost a lambic type funky quality to it, more restrained sour/tart than Petit Desay, but also more complex. Light in body. Brewer’s description is pretty spot on. hayduke (5762) - Eureka, California, USA - AUG 10, 2017
A bottle share on the RBSG bus. In my tasting glass gold with a white head. Nose is fruit, oak, berry, and earth. Medium body. Flavor same a aroma. Finishes with some sourness and funk. Very nice. JStax (7522) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - AUG 7, 2017
Bottle shared at RBSG. The beer is a hazed copper color with a white head of foam. Malty and sour. A little fruity. Some floral notes. Medium body and medium carbonation.
