Bottle; Pour is apple cider, with a modest off white head into this glass. Lively carbonation, but a mild head on this one that fades fairly quickly. This one comes across as you’d expect (for the most part) - a mild mannered "table" take on a sour beer. Hence the 4% abv and the somewhat clear coloration. This one is funkier than expected, however, with spent grains, lemon zest, and pepper spice on the nose. The flavor profile is a bit one dimensional really - with perhaps too heavy on the souring effect but its not entirely off putting, either. Tart Lemon and cherry notes, spent grain and a hay barn undertone. It’s puckering and dry on the finish line. Anyway , not bad. Johnsense (1841) - - FEB 23, 2016
Sour but not overly funky if that makes sense. Medium bodied, reddish amber pour, sour cherry, oak, cherry, citrus. Sammy (13262) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 23, 2016

Bottle at a tasting, not sure who brought this but thanks for sharing. Sour binte up front. Lots of yeast in the aroma, with a mineral, iron-like quality. Flavor has some sweetness but it is also tart. Light and simple. No complexity really but good aroma and flavor. deyholla (12803) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - AUG 23, 2015
Bottle shared by Jeff, thanks! Pours a cloudy amber orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a woody funk with a light tart fruit with a bit of earthiness. Flavor is full of a tart sweet berry with a good amount of wood and oak underlying. BVery (11575) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - AUG 22, 2015
