This tasty Belgian ale brewed with ginger is a wonderfully refreshing beer. The moderately sweet, fairly bready, doughy, and mildly toasty malts set a substantial base, while light hops add a touch of grassiness and modest bitterness, and ginger gives the flavor quite a bit of spicy pizzazz into the long finish. The nose is very similar, with aromas of ginger, hay, sweet, bready malts, honey, and alcohol. The beer is medium-full bodied with some additional weight from residual sugar, and the carbonation is low-medium, but the ginger makes up for that with its added vibrancy. Clear and pale-golden in color, though subsequent pours are cloudy, and the off-white head pours to nearly an inch before settling to a wide ring and dusty coating. Overall, this is a pretty nice beer. The ginger is at just the right level so that proper balance is maintained. I don’t know if I’d buy it again, but I at least enjoyed all 750-ml of this beer tonight.
Decent triple, not too alcoholic or sweetish, malty, light bitterness with noticable but not overpowering ginger aroma and taste adding depth. Soft, lingering bitterness. Well made I think. Rubin77 (2477) - Brussels / Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - MAY 19, 2017

Thin creamy white head. Very hazy blond pour. Ginger aftertaste. I’m not a big fan of ginger to be honest. Hopverdju (1426) - BELGIUM - MAY 23, 2016
Donker blond bier met dikke witte schuimkraag. Geur: gember, bitter en wat karamel. Smaak: bitterig, kruidig, niet te pittige gember en wat citrus. Goede koolzuurprikkel. Afdronk: gember adamnowek (3156) - Brussels, BELGIUM - MAR 23, 2016
Appearance is like a typical blonde: nearly clear golden, consistent head. Aroma is sweet and a bit shrimpy. Taste is big on ginger with some spice on the finish. YigSvartka (304) - Manitoba, CANADA - FEB 26, 2016
Cloudy opaque orange with a negligibly sized white head. Malt forward aroma with notes of bubblegum, banana, yeast and caramel. Heavy and smooth bodied. Banana, caramel and yeast dominate with flavours such as vanilla and orange present as well. Too sweet for my liking. rondphoto (4489) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - FEB 4, 2016
bottle @ Party Source / Bellevue KY --- dated: 03/2014 -Hazy light golden amber color, off-white head cover, bands of lace. Aroma of malt and ginger. Taste is caramel malt and ginger that turn to strong carbonation on the swallow, moving from there to mild bittering in the finish. Better than other ginger beers I’ve tried. Easy to drink.
