UPDATED: APR 11, 2012 Re-rate on tap at Carlsens Kvarter, April 2012. Hazy orange with a lasting white head. Aroma of yeast, herbs, orange peel and sugar. Sweetish flavour with strong orange peel notes, along with yeasty character and sugar

Bullit (4637) - Burgos, SPAIN - MAY 14, 2008
Tap @ Kafe Belgie. Dark golden colour, dense medium head. Nose has orange hops and coriander. Taste is fruity, with oranges and apples, along with some spices. Not a complex beer, refreshing though.

Bottle, 6.5%. Sweet, caramelly bonbon, hop aroma. Still, clear copper colour. Very small white head. The flavour has some teaish hop notes. There is a little sour bitterness, but nothing too bad. Thin mouthfeel. OK drinkability.

Rastacouere (6177) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 21, 2007
Cloudy dark golden beer. Large slowly diminishing 1cm head of white and lasting foam. Yeasty, estery, flowery and slightly citrusy aromas. Mildly toasted malts beginnings quickly switch toward flowery and lemony hops. Fair supporting body all through. Quite simple in its maltiness, not developing too much flavours (surprising feature for De Hemel!), but comfortable and smooth.

Tap @ De Hemel. Pours a clear orange with a fine creamy off-white head. Aroma is lightly malty with a good dose of fruits and berries. Mouthfeel is perhaps a little thin. Flavour is well-balanced with plenty of spices mixing in well with the slight berryness of the background. Vanilla, coriander and a peppery bitterness at the end.

Miksu (5053) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - JUL 11, 2007
UPDATED: JAN 1, 2008 Draught at the Arandsnest, Amsterdam. Bright copper color with creamy head. Sweet parfumy aroma with orange, pepper and spices. The same elements are present in the taste along with berryish twist, malt, vanilla and some buttery taste. Very tasty and balanced. Tasted again from bottle in December 2007: Less fermentation aromas and flavors, more malt and caramel 6-3-6-3-13. The draught sample was definitely better.

BeerBiker (1415) - Odense, DENMARK - APR 30, 2007
[Bottle from beermouth tasted at Carlsens.] Light hazy and dark golden look with dissapearing head. Aroma of caramel and sourfruits. Flavor is sweet with medium carbonation and drinkability. Short bittersweet aftertaste .
