Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Golden colour, slightly hazy colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is yeasty, bready and caramelly along with some slight spices as well. Flavour is yeasty, mildly fruity and spicy.
really light gold. Thin small bubbled white head. Very husky, wheat, bright hop blasts, very fresh, dry finish. Very lingering light bitterness. EricE (1372) - Seattle, Washington, USA - FEB 22, 2011
A nice hoppy pale Belgian here. Draft at Max’s. Very pale clear pour with a white head. Grassy hop aroma with notes of cereal and crackers. Lightly sweet cereal flavor. Very hoppy bitter finish. Some yeast notes. Very easy to drink. ryan (3185) - Beltsville, Maryland, USA - FEB 19, 2011
Very floral nose, some sweet honey malts, light lemon and peppery yeast. Taste is fairly dry, moderately bitter, super hoppy, tons of flowers, light honey and cracker malts. Awesome. omhper (25753) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - DEC 14, 2010
UPDATED: DEC 28, 2010 Bottled at Monk’s Porterhouse, Stockholm. Hazy golden, firm rocky head. Aroma of lemon, buckwheat and grain. Dryish and slim bodied with dense rounded mouthfeel. Contrated, juicy flavour of lime and hay. Grainy with mild spicy bitterness. An elegant, relaxed and pleasant Belgian ale with good drinkability

A big rocky head sits on this hazy straw golden brew. It’s nose is floral w/ a slight mineral note, rather mild overall. This is a drinkable blond w/ light body and very vigorous carbonation that overshadows somewhat what’s going flavor-wise, which is a shame because this is a nice tasting beer. Cloves and juicy banana flavors are complimented by a firm bitterness in the finish. This isn’t a bad beer. In fact, I think it’s one that could be great w/ a few minor changes, esp. as far the carbonation goes. michael-pollack (4959) - King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 8, 2010
330ml Bottle: Sweet aroma of Belgian yeast, light apple, and slight fruit. Poured yellow/gold in color with a small, creamy, dense, white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Cloudy. Sparkling. Full of tiny and small particles throughout. Very good lacing. Flavor is light to medium sweet. Tastes of Belgian yeast, slight citrus, slight hops, and a hint of spice. Medium body. Dry texture. Average carbonation. Light to medium sweet, yeast, slight apple, and slight caramel finish is dry. thegreenrooster (4562) - St.louis, Missouri, USA - SEP 25, 2010
Pour is a cloudy yellow with an average white head. Aroma is some citrus, yeast and spice. Flavor is again lots of citrus and spice with a litte barnyard toward the end. This is pretty good and a decent sipper. marcus (10684) - Sacramento, California, USA - SEP 9, 2010
Bottle from City Beer. Pours cloudy golden with a massive white head and a floral fruity aroma. There is a standard blonde tripel flavor, with lots of carbonation, banana ester and spice. It lacks the depth of the really good Belgian tripels. bhensonb (15768) - Woodland, California, USA - SEP 4, 2010
Bottle from Monument in Concord, CA. Pours hazy, dirty gold with a 4 finger foamy white head. Aromas of fruit and yeast/spice. Near medium body with frothy carbonation. Spice is strong - like ginger. Or pepper. Aroma becomes incense like. It tends toward dry and bitter. But the spice is the strongest aspect. Goes astringent in the finish. Really flavorful.
