From a beer hawk mystery case. Pours golden with a huge head. Needed two glasses. Too sweet for my pallet and too little hops. A little bland. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a semi hazy yellow to golden with a small to medium white head and an aroma of sweet malts, yeast, spices, ripe fruits, floral hops, lemon and vanilla. The taste is light to medium sweet with a medium body and a medium lasting finish

Parmenion777 (363) - Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 9, 2017
UPDATED: OCT 9, 2017 Draught Leper - Pours a clear golden colour with a medium sized white head that settled. Aroma is citrusy, some yeastiness, some wheat and light vinegar notes. A crisp malty yeast flavour, some honey sweetness comes through, along with a decent bitterness in the finish.

Bottle from Bier Paleis, Brugge. Golden-blonde with a thin head. Typically Belgian with a fair strength translating into a bubble gum sweetness.

zacgillbanks (5535) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - AUG 27, 2017
Bottle from Carrefour City Supermarket, Brussels, Belgium. Hazy pale straw coloured with a very thick white head. It has a floral, fruity and herbal flavour followed by sweet toffee, spice and fruity notes on the warming finish. Good.

Bottle of 33cl, in a Tulip glass; from the fridge.

Nice Tripel/Strong Belgian beer with a powerful aroma and taste, with some sweetness. We are again in front of an usual strong blond beer, but with less sweetness than usual, which is nice !

Attractive, clear blond with sticky lace and sturdy-ish foam, but cloying in taste and smelling exactly like that medium we used to grow fruit flies in grade school. Must be one of those herbs that’s in there. Off-putting. You know a botanical that tastes better than random herbs? Hops. I hear they grow a lot of them near Ieper. Worth a try.
