[email protected] Small head. Golden clear. Good carbonation. Wooden herbal. Spicy fruity notes. Some pepper. Clove. Taste wooden spicy. Bone dry light alcoholic mouthfeel. Complex. Nice.

Jolie couleur dorée mais avec une mousse légère et peu persistante. Nez plutôt aromatique malt et levure. Douce au palais, peut être trop, on retrouve la levure et l'orge avec une très légère pointe houblonnée. Pas mauvaise... --- Dirty Google traduction :-) Nice golden color with a slight bit and persistent moss. Nose rather aromatic malt and yeast. Sweet on the palate, may be too much, there is the yeast and barley with a very slight hint of hops. Not bad ...

Alengrin (5243) - BELGIUM - AUG 11, 2014
The successor of Cuvée De Koninck since 2004 but sweeter, even a bit cloying, orangey peach blonde colour, fruity and malty, bit cliché aroma, not much body for a tripel. Has been replaced itself now, by Triple d’Anvers.

Van de tap bij kroegie in hoorn, aardige tripel medium zoet met ook gist en tropisch fruit. Niet echt bijzonder.

Sampled from bottle @ Cafe Buitenlust, Oirschot. Yellow to golden colour, white head. Smell and taste malts, a bit spicy, a bit yeasty and some fruitiness.

Very nice golden color, relatively tasty, in the average of Belgian beers. Not a winner, not a looser. But very unnoticeable in the Belgian beer forest...

Jabic (559) - Plainfield, Vermont, USA - FEB 6, 2014
Ar: Peach, orange peel - some oxidation - a little moss and black pepper. Ap: Hazy gold - medium white head with moderate-low retention, leaves a ring of foam and a very thin webbing. T: Juicy peach, banana - black pepper, peach - some tartness, orange rind - medium bitterness, fairly clean - spicy hops. P: Medium-light body with very high carbonation - finish is very dry. O: Good trippel - nothing outstanding, but well-made all around, with a nice mix of fruit, spice, and bitterness.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with a smaller white head. Thick layer of yeast in the bottle....watch out. Aromas of banana, spicy clove, sugar, and some lemon. Nice carbonation. Not much on the flavor forefront. Light spice and fruit. Alcohol hidden fairly well. Eh just ok

Jeg synes den er skuffende i smagen sammenlignet med mange andre trippel øl ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Amber, modest white head. Fruits and caramel. Light bitterness. Strong yet rather smooth. Found this much better that other people’s ratings would indicate, a nice tripel.
