Beer for urbanites: as tempestuous as it is untamable, made from wild Brett yeast. Leads its turbulent life inside this bottle. Gets even wilder as time goes by.

33cl bottle at the father-in-law. Pours a hazy amber colour with a medium frothy white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, coriander, bitter orange peel, pale malt, citrus. Taste is medium sweet, moderate bitter with a moderate dry finish. Notes of pale malt, yeast, citrus, coriander, wheat, hops. Texture is sticky, medium to light bodied with medium to high carbonation

Bottle. Very slightly hazy golden, long lasting white head. Taste: Below medium sweet blonde with lightly hopnotes and very clearly yet subtle notes of my favorite yeast: Brett. The yeast is causing a very lightly sourness and makes you think of a farm barn and wet leather. Bretty finish. Nice balanced beer if you can appreciate brett.

Tried at De Burger, Eindhoven. Hazy golden colour with a white head. Aroma has fruity sourness and slight floral. Taste yeasty Belgian with a light sweetness. Medium body

rand (1920) - SWITZERLAND - JAN 15, 2018
Bottle 330 ml / Le Grain d'Orge - Crissier (CH). Golden blonde with a nice and light foam but persistent on crackling of Champagne. Malted aromas, wild yeast with lemon and floral notes. The taste is lively, fresh and acidulated with herbs, flowers, wild yeast and fruity of lemon-citrus, gooseberry. Slight rancid and vinegary notes, bitter of citrus-zest. Body and lightness at a time, nice !

KnutAlbert (6839) - Oslo, NORWAY - NOV 17, 2017
Bottle in Antwerp. Blond with a nice wild edge of Brett. Not in any way extreme, but it has that little funky sourness that lifts it above the crowd.

Bottle at café Boekowski in Antwerpen. Light yellow color, nice beer, somewhere in between a pils and a real blond. A nice bitternes inthe taste.

Skinnyviking (9904) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - OCT 28, 2017
Bottle at DØE Copenhagen. High fluffy lasting white head. Hazy dark yellow body. Mild straw fruity aroma. Sour acidic fruity and yet pretty mild brett flavor. Low carbonation, short finish, little hops bitterness.

svanke (35) - NETHERLANDS - OCT 14, 2017
UPDATED: MAR 6, 2018 Bitter, zuur, waterig, veel hop. Gaat meer de kant op van pils en niet van blond. Matig, zou het niet weer kopen, maar moet er nog 6 wegwerken.
