Draft at Restaurant De Bomma, Antwerp. Amber color with an off-white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, fruit, bread, and caramel with similar taste. Light-bodied. Okay.

APA bottle from M&S, Newcastle. Amber coloured with spicy red fruit and caramel flavours a creamy mouthfeel with a slight candi sugar and fruity finish. Not bad.

Light brown with firm head. Smell of yeast and citrus. The flavor is slightly stale, some orange peel and dates. Yeasty aftertaste.

330ml bottle from M&S. Small white head, a little lacing. Dark amber body. Malty nose, a little caramel, bread. Flavour is all malt, bready yeast, touch of caramel on the finish. Medium carbonation, bit of fizz on the tongue. Nothing to write home about.

330ml. In a Chimay goblet . A good ass beer , motherfucker . The Belgians might be weak and liberal with Jihadism , and the center of oppression as the EU HQ horror house , but these losers can sure brew beer that captivates people like me . I don’t known exactly what it , just a sprinkle of charisma in the yeast strain , mixed with shitloads of bready malts , spice , and yes , i’d fuck this beer .

RichTheVillan (7850) - Birmingham, West Midlands, ENGLAND - AUG 5, 2016
Bottle from M&S Beggars Bush; clear burnished amber pour with a bubbly light beige head, aroma has toffee and some red fruits, taste has sweet malts, some fruit, basic stuff.

alexmate (184) - South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JUL 12, 2016
Slightly malty, slight sweet flavours with a hoppy finish. Went flat very quickly. I was unimpressed, not bad just mediocre.

jjsint (3093) - Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, ENGLAND - JUL 8, 2016
Bottle from Kingston Arms, Cambridge. Reddish amber with a big off-white head. An enticing little aroma of caramel malt and red berries. Sweet and flat malty taste, with a short finish. Nicely carbonated. It’s far from complex but I like it, and it’s just what I was in the mood for tonight.
