Tasted from the tap @ De Koperen Kat. Pours pale gold with a white head. The aroma and taste is a bit hard to describe - a.slight sweet/sour/bitter combination, reminiscent of Balsamic vinegar - whatever it is, it works kermis (14494) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - NOV 10, 2013

My second Koperen Kat and they seem to have improved. Nice pilsner, not crisp but tasty. Some spices, fizzy on the tongue too. Thick for a pilsner, but nice.
