Keg at the brewery post borefts. A hazed amber red coloured pour with a lasting a beige head. Aroma is toffee, chewy, pine needle, little chewy,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet toffee sticky toffee, brown sugars, candied orange, woody pine needles. Palate is medium bodied, sticky, resin, moderate carbonation. Not bad. Draft at the brewpub @ Beer Geeks meetup. Hazy amber color. Off white head with reasonable retention. Aroma’s of caramel, hops, light resin. Retronasal there’s rye bread, caramel malts, some fruit, hops. Flavor is moderate bitter with light malty sweetness. Light bodied. Finishes light roasted, moderate bitter. Nice. Tap @ Kromme Haring, or actually brought a growler to a friend, 45 cl sample. Hazy amber color, short frothy head. Aroma of caramel and toffee, slight piney hops. Soft caramelly sweetness, soft piney bitterness. Another easy drinker. I like that.

On tap at Kromme Haring. Murky chestnut-amber colour, beige head. Aroma of nuts, toast, quite hoppy, hint of liquorice. Flavour is medium sweet, caramel, burnt sugar, toast, resin and citrus, weed, firm bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Nice.
