Bottle. A clear, golden beer topped by a dense, off-white head of moderate size. The aroma has some malty, fruity sweetness and a faint spiced touch. Quite straight forward, but well done. The flavor has a pleasant bitterness, grass, pine cones and fruityness, as well as some sugary hints without being sweetish. Rather dry actually, nicely carbonated and full-bodied. Mostly bitter in the end. A nice one for sure, wouldn’t mind drinking more of it. 120623 Benzai (16708) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - MAY 24, 2012
33cl bottle shared by Dutchdrebus. Hazy yellow color, average sized rough white head that lasts a decent while. Smell lightly hops, a bit grassy. Taste lightly malts, again grassy and lightly hoppy, delicate bitterness. Nicely balanced, suitable carbonation, low to medium body. Quite fresh, very nice easy drinkable beer. brokensail (16648) - Dublin, California, USA - MAR 8, 2016
Bottle @ Home. Cloudy orange beer with a thick, sticky, white head. Sweet peach, orange, and some weed on the nose. A lot of bread, toasted grains, and biscuit. Light white pepper spiciness on the nose and palate. More bitterness than expected. Perhaps a bit on the herbal side. Pretty dank and an unusual amount of marijuana character. Nice malt flavor and sweetness. Hints of pair, apple, and apricot. Pretty interesting, but not the best from De La Senne. Ferris (16538) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 16, 2016

Bottle from Cave a Bulles. Pours hazy orange/gold with a white head. Light fruity aroma which seems to include citrus. Med body. Flavor is fruit, some yeast/spice, arguably some malt that is not either pale or roasty, and bitter. There’s a lot of hop, but it’s not really harsh, and only slightly burning. It finishes bitter. gunnfryd (15307) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - NOV 26, 2012
