Pours a very hazy blonde with a very large tight head and decent lacing on the glass.
The aroma has some pear, some wet limestone, a little pineapple, and some herbal hoppiness. It’s an odd combo, but it’s not dissimilar to many of the other De La Senne beers, and is in fact very pleasant the way it’s balanced.
The beer is basically pretty dry with a moderate level of bitterness. It’s got a mild funky earthiness to it and a nice bit of herbal hoppiness. The minerallity is very nice as is the mild spiciness & pineapple.
Totally similar to many other hop forward De La Senne beers, although I wouldn’t be surprised if I found out this one was done with Brettanomyces.
Draft at Chez Moeder Fontainas, mixed in one of these in between some Cantillon. Pours orange with medium head. Notes are grapefruit, lemon, wood, and pepper. Has a nice amount of hops. Body was medium with average carbonation. electrotype (655) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 18, 2016
Bottle. Pours hazy orange with white head. Aroma is sweet, notes of strawberries but also also a bit spicy. Taste is not that sweet and the finish is bitter.

Rating #2282 - 2015.12.26 - Bottle from Willow Park. Mildly hazy, golden orange pour with a bubbly white head that dissipates slowly. Aroma is yeast, coriander, and cloves. Taste is mildly sweet, herbal. Full bodied, this packs an albeit well disguised punch. Finish is quite smooth. Deliciously evil. MrOrla (3266) - Odense C, DENMARK - NOV 5, 2016
Bottle @ Rekvium. Pours cloudy orange with a white head. Aroma of citrus, cold strawberry, loads of de la senne yeasty, quite fruity citrusy, light caramel malty. Good stuff. akarova (18) - Beersel, BELGIUM - JAN 31, 2012
