On tap at Moeder Lambic. Corpo leggero, ben carbonata, fresca e beverina.

From notes. On draft at Moeder Lambic – Original on November 11. The pour is a golden straw color with a thicker off white head and a light bit of lacing as it falls to a thin ring and film. The aroma is somewhat bland. There is a light maltiness to it and a good bit of yeast. There is an addition of banana, but I don’t get any of the yeastiness or candy that I don’t like. The flavor is much of the same. It’s light and clean. There is a light grassiness and a clean light citrus on the finish in addition. It’s surprising. The mouth feel is lacking on the viscosity, but it has a nice carbonation and a lingeringly clean malty and grassy finish. This is surprisingly good.
