From cask at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Pours hazy amber with white head. Low carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, low sweetness, grapefruit, some citrus. Good refeshing ale. Again a perfect example from de la Senne for low ABV and full taste.

[10/7/13] Draught at Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas in Brussels. Hazy yellow with a bubbly white head. Aroma of yeast and some fruitiness. Flavor is a bit sweetish, yeasty, fruity, with floral and citric hops and a moderately bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Decent.

12 oz. draft at Monks Cafe. Opaque orange-pear color with a small ring of bubbles. Nose of spicy toffee, pear, white grape, and citrus. Taste is a more powerful blend of the same plus a woody-resin finish. Medium body has low-medium smooth carbonation, with a big dry finish. Tasty easy drinker.

On tap at Alex, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral hops, dough and biscuity malt. Flavour brigs out lots of dough, some floral hops, and Belgian yeast. Finishes fairly astringent. Very drinkable and light on the palate. Solid stuff.

Draft at Moeder. Cloudy orange color with a nice white head and crazy thick lacing. Aroma is light, sweet hops with some citrus too. Flavor is very light with some lingering bitterness. Okay, sessionable but bordering on thin.

Pours hazy orange amber with fairly tall white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, pine, citrus, hay. Taste is bitter up front with just a hint of balancing fruit sweetness. Lingering bitter finish. Body is very light with soft carbonation. Would probably have benefitted from slightly higher ABV. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a hazy golden yellow on tap with thick white head that leaves great lacing. Aroma is nice Belgian yeast, and lots of grassy floral notes. Taste follows, a lot more hoppy notes than I expected. Nice stuff.
