Draught @ Monks Caf, Philadelphia, PA
Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, floral and citrus. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long fruity, yeasty and floral finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

On tap at Monks Cafe, Philadelphia. An unclear orange colored beer with a creamy white head leaving lacing. The aroma is rather weak, on the fruity, citrus side. Oranges, citrus peel, some pale malts and a nice, subtle bitterness in the mouth. Medium to full body, dry, and with a nice carbonation. Long, quite bitter finish. A bit boring this one, but quite decent anyway. 150622

Cask at Moeder Lambic in Brussels. Actually had an ABV of 3.5%. Pours Gold with a White head. Aroma has inviting Belgian notes. Light though. A bit of yeast and a bit of spice. Nice hoppy citrus. I think this really benefitted from being on cask. Nice carbonation.

Tallahassee, Fl. - Growler Country - on tap - slight haze to the medium golden pour with a silky soft white head that leaves a nice film of lacing. Aroma is pleasant, not overly apparent with some light saffron spiciness a touch of grassiness. Classic Belgian flavor with clean pear-like fruitiness, touch of yeast, some saffron spiciness. Mouthfeel has a solid spritz to it.
